Acceptance

By using Palindrome, users accept these terms and the privacy policy. If a user does not accept these rules, they should not use the app.

What Palindrome provides

Palindrome provides tools for organizing, tracking, calculating, journaling, and visualizing user entered data. This may include supplements, peptides, symptoms, body measurements, notes, wellbeing, and observation history.

Content, calculators, and summaries in Palindrome are organizational and educational.

No medical advice

Palindrome does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend starting, stopping, or changing therapy, or replace a doctor. Data, calculations, and content in the app should not be treated as medical advice.

Health, medication, therapy, supplement, peptide, dose, or procedure decisions should be discussed with a doctor or another qualified professional.

Emergencies

Palindrome is not for emergency reporting. In a health or life threatening situation, contact local emergency services, a doctor, or an appropriate medical facility.

User responsibility

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
• Users should use the app lawfully and safely.
• Users should decide what information they want to save and should not enter emergency information.
• Users should consult health decisions with an appropriate professional.

Account rules

• Users should provide a real email address and protect account access.
• Users may not use another person's account without permission.
• Users may not try to bypass security, disrupt the app, or access other users' data.
• We may limit account access when needed for security, legal compliance, or service protection.

Peptides, supplements, and calculators

Modules for peptides, supplements, calculators, protocols, symptoms, and inventory are organizational and educational only. Palindrome does not suggest doses, protocols, products, treatments, or injection sites.

Calculators perform mathematical calculations from values entered by the user. Results are not medical recommendations or dosing instructions.

Content and AI features

If Palindrome presents educational content, summaries, or AI supported features, they are for organizing information and education. They may contain errors or simplifications and should not replace professional medical judgment.

Availability

We try to keep Palindrome working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or availability of every feature at every moment. We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Palindrome is not responsible for users' health decisions, data entered by users, or effects of using the app outside its organizational and educational purpose. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms when Palindrome features, laws, or service operation change. The current version will be available on this page.
